Change ships default loadout and prices accordingly

Here is an idea I have since a long time because sold ships are just usable.

Because ship prices are too much different from real usable ones
Because :
E class is just a better-than-nothing but completely useless
D is better to increase jump range, cheaper but has less integrity
C Class is the middle one
B class is .... well ...Can anyone tell me a good reason to use B class ? Not enough money for A ? Ah, ok :)
A Class is the one you put when you have enough money

Why not switching default loadout to Class C and change prices accordingly ?
This would make prices more accurate and ship more usable. While E would remain the default class when storing modules.
 
Because it would mean that those seeking to purchase the hull in the first place would have a higher credit hurdle to clear than necessary....

Very much this. When I upgraded to a Python, I kept a large amount of parts from my ASP Explorer. If I had to pay more for the base Python, just to sell the parts and get the money back, it would have been an unnecessary barrier of entry to the new ship.
