Change the way rocks are filtered

Currently, when we are placing plants and rocks in a habitat, we always have to deselect the continent to see any rocks when switching to the rock filter. Although this makes sense since the rocks are not continent-specific, if I don’t want to constantly reset the rock/plant filters, it forces me more or less to place first the plants, then the rocks or vice versa, whereas the actual decorating process uses both groups simultaneously.

It should be possible to display the rocks based solely on the currently selected biome filter and to ignore the currently selected continent completely. Same effect, several superfluous steps saved.

Yes still annoying, although it had been requested here and in the issue-tracker since beta. I really have no clue why they don't change it. Some plants are also multi-continent, so why not tag the rocks with all of them.
