Change to Kill Warrant Scanner [ KWS ] readout

My suggestion: add a bounty status message to the HUD -> Fire Groups attached to the K-Warrant Scan firing unit.


Currently it looks like:

K-Warrant Scan
[             ]

or 

K-Warrant Scan
[       =====]
Scanning

or 

K-Warrant Scan
[========]
Complete

Change it to:

K-Warrant Scan
[========]
[COLOR=#ff0000][B]WANTED[/B][/COLOR]

or 

K-Warrant Scan
[========]
Clean

Assuming you wanted to keep the Target information wanted status for local bounties only.

That would be nice. You lose position on them while you're checking the contacts panel.
