changed my ingame cmdr handle

a few months ago I saw a clip of VA and EDDI and upon boot of game. welcomes cmdr and says cmdr name. I liked that so because my cmdr name had @# in it, it could not pronounce. so I contacted support and had my name changed in game. I have a few hundred friends, problem is none know my new handle.
is there away to let them all know on mass what my cmdr name is now, rather than me sending info individually?

But you will still be on their friends list - so if the new handle is similar to the old one, they should be able to tell.

just the Kingston is still part of name and there are a lot with that :( ..... will let all here know it.
