Changing color of groups has become too much a hassle

The latest update introduced the "colour editor" and I have no idea why it is here.
It makes it so we have to press a button before being able to change the color, instead of being able to change it right away. In the case of groups, it is no longer possible to select a group and change the color of everything in it at once.
Please revert this to what it used to be. It was fine.

Definitely a lower QOL when you have to open the editor for each color on a multi-color item. Too many clicks!

For me also the earlier system worked better.

But for now there still is an easier way other than clicking through each item in a group separately.
If you go to the group edit mode, then you can still click the ground near the group and drag to select them all at once. And there you can recolor them all at once.

This. I don't know what triggered the change; but it was not needed at all. The new button adds another click where there really should not be one, and although in UX adding clicks is not always a bad thing; here it just feels like a waste.

This is the issue I came here to talk about. I don't know why we need the colour editor button that then lets us go to pick which colour we want to change., and I don't know why it has to go back to the palette button every time you try to change a colour. you cant switch back and forth from one swatch to another to see how it looks without opening the whole colour picker again. please revert this change. its pointless and it sucks.
