Chaos Theory JP T-Rex Genome

Hey,

I am in the first Jurassic Park chaos theory mode and I have to build/create a T-Rex. I have enough scientists and money and a 3.5 star rating, but in in the expedition map, I am not allowed to search for the T-Rex fossils. I see the Hell-Creek-Formation C and B but I can not click on it. There is a red circle with a line in it, like it is closed or forbidden.
Do you know what I have to do?

Had this issue too. Don't know what causes it, but save, and then reload that save. That fixes it.

Hi there! For certain tasks, there's a limit to how many Scientists you can have assigned. If you can't have more than 3 Scientists assigned, those three need to fulfill the Genetics/Logistics requirement together. Could that be what's causing this?

You don't have enough money. They purposely made this task outrageously hard. It cost 2 million to 3.4 million to excavate at those dig sites. It could be busy scientists but it's probably that you don't have enough money. You have to wait a long time to build up. And you'll have to spend at least 2 million to dig twice in order to create one.

The price is a bit much. I get wanting to make the Rex important but why would it cost more to dig out a different fossil? And 2 and 3 million is way to high. That costs more than it takes to synthesize the eggs of one.
