So I was watching a video by Evolution Square the other day.
This one here.

Basically she talks about what the other Chaos Theory mode scenarios could be. I can't remember word for word but I believe she says that the JP scenario could involve us building the park. Not rebuilding it after it failed. But building it from the start fresh and new.
Then I watched this video where someone from Frontier, I believe it's Richard Newbold, who did an interview with a YouTuber named GeekTown where he talks about what the JP scenario will be. Basically Evo was right. That we will be building JP, not rebuilding. Which sounds way better than just cleaning up a destroyed park. I am going to say that the JW scenario might be the same kind of thing. Of course it could just be rebuilding it. But I have a feeling it will be just "here, go build JW and not have it fail".
Other JP3 and maybe the FK scenario it looks like it will be park builds for most of them. At least till we get some Dominion content cause that might not be a park build. It might be more like the campaign. But then again we are probably going to be doing a lot of that in the campaign so doing it again in the Dominion DLC might be leave people a little burned out or let down. So without the Dominion DLC, if there ever is any, it will be 2 out of 5 chances to not build a park again. With hypothetical Dominion DLC it's 3 out of 6.
But Evo said we probably won't be building too many traditional parks in campaign so when we get around to playing Chaos Theory mode we might be happy to just build parks again.
Frontier said we will be building parks and facilities in Chaos Theory mode. They never said how many. Either way this game will have more variety than JWE which was just one park after another.
I like the idea of just building a facility instead of a park. Not having to worry too much about guests. It could introduce new game mechanics like how trying to earn money with a more science based facility that isn't open to the public. Obviously you would have to seek funding in other ways.
I will post the GeekTown video interview with Rich Newbold.
