I thought the same until i had a good look at the new ships. They really were not worth the old prices, look at the cost of the modules that go into them and compare to existing ships. these new ships at their old prices simply made zero sense considering the class of modules that go into them.

I had 6.5 mill now I have 23mill my ship with maxed out upgrades was worth 28mill I think 10mill for a vulture would be perfectly reasonable as its a VERY powerful ship. Im not gunna complain at least im closer to a fdl but just seemed a bit too much cheaper. Mabe im juat too rich lol

It does make more sense if you consider a pure bounty hunter going Eagle -> Viper -> Vulture.

As some other CMDR said in another post, Vulture is to the Asp what the Viper is to the Cobra now.
