Outfitting an Anaconda to all A grade is extremely expensive. So if you have approximately 140mil cr then you can get a conda for PvE farming.
1- Head to Diaguandri , Ray Gateway
And find your self a nicely discounted conda at 125mil
2- Upgrade your shield to a D7 and get 5 A0 shield boosters and upgrade your fsd and power distributor to a D class as well. SCB optional. You will get 900ish MJ of shields.
3- Get 3 large Pulse lazers and 2 medium and 2 small multicanons.
4- KILL WARRANT SCANNER
Recommend you to outfit it at Ray Gateway as outfitting is discounted as well.
Head to your nearest Hazardous Rez and destroy. Your multicanons will chew through hull with ease.
