Checking In With An Oddity

I flew from Liaedin to the Big Guy then turned and went to SAG A and then to Jaques. Headed home and bellyflopped on a planet, dropped to 22% hull (really long story, you don't want to hear it). Anywho, headed off to the nearest station, got repaired and headed home again. Today I was headed home, same old same old. Good number of tags, CMDR's have been here. Dropped to normal cruise fixing to shut the systems when I see something. It looked like an inverted V with a dot at the top and a dot in the middle. I was at 0 throttle but it was moving. the dot in the middle was a star in another system and the dot at the top continued to move. It slowly began to look like a comet. It slowly moved up and slowly disappeared. I've never seen a celestial body act like this in game. It could possibly have been a CMDR but I doubt it. The system was NGC 6546 Sector PJ-E A13-4. I fly in Fleetcom and the odds of seeing someone else in this spot at the same time is slim. If anyone was in this area at ~1800UTC yesterday, let me know. Otherwise, I have an investigation.
