so i am nearly at my cutter and well i didnt get rich in this game by spending money i dont need to so im looking for a cutter at discount, now i know the first response i will probs get is go to founders world, well i cant acess that yet. so anyone know of any stations controlled by Li yong ru that sell the cutter with his 15% discount?

Anyway - Li Yong-Rui Controlled and Exploited systems offer a 15% Discount - just need to find a Cutter and the rank to buy one :)

Hmm, haven't yet seen any LYR system which'd be selling Cutters...

Cheap and Cutter are not compatible.
You should have the money for a decent outfit + insurance.

It's like buying a Lamborghini and only having 50 bucks left for gas.

If you're not adverse to external tools, then eddb can help you find a cutter. Nothing showed with a filter on for LYR, though.

Wasn't it Patreus whose power is to give a 10% discount on all Imperial ships? I know it's not LYR, but still.

Lembava & Diaguandri & Jafnhau Systems all meant to have 15% off .... I thought that sometimes ships come and go in terms of being 'in stock' at a given moment

Ship supply is fixed in stations, modules can go out out of stock. Diagunadri doesn't stock the Cutter.

Last report says there was one in Dowie Vision, 10%. Worth take a look I suppose.

Got mine yesterday at Bean Gateway - Picaurukan. 10% discount is currently the best I know of.

Keep it stock then fly off to the nearest LYR station to outfit. Maybe Hahn Orbital - Bandizel.

Howdy,

I'm a bit late here but I started a thread called the Active Discount thread (link in my signature).

There are no Li Yong-Rui systems.
There are D. Patreus systems at 10% off but ensure there is a good FSD there first as others have been caught out.

As others have said you still need the rank but we assume you have that sorted :)
