Difficult to choose for me

I've recently tried to change my diet into a more vegitarian-ish type of thingy, but I can't call myself a veggie because of cool reasons and cheese.. Has anyone else run into this problem?

Well cheese would prevent you from being vegan but not vegetarian. So keep chessin'!

It's hard to pin down one single cheese as they all have their own awesomeness (except American -- that's not even cheese). A good white cheddar as about as sharp as they come always does it for me. I have some "1000 day aged gouda" that grinds like romano and is a nice nutty tasting substitute for a grated topping.

Appenzeller from the various samples I've been fortunate to test. Actually at a current second is a cheese from my own country Sweden, 'Västerbotten cheese'. Annoyingly produced in the neighbouring county, but alas, at least something good from those parts.
