Engineers Chemical manipulators

The game description says haulers are good for these and I have had a couple from killing T6/T7s etc. but I'm having better luck finding manipulators from killing Orcas in Nav (especially at Bunda). This may just be my particular RNG but I thought I'd post it in case it helps someone else.

Imperial wedding barges also have some nice drops.

Any other ideas on where to find these? I'm need some and am struggling.

Chem manipulators aren't particularly rare, you just don't destroy that many haulers in normal play - you want a HREZ, Anarchy or low sec and just murder/kill haulers, Anarchy High RES are probably the best as you tend to get 3 large freighters that reset fairly often.

T9's are my goto, T7's sometimes drop them but doesn't take many T9's to get what you want.

Low-res don't seem to have anything above a T6 and high-res are pretty unfriendly when you're carrying a few tonnes of cargo. Becoming frustrated.

I did find one in a lvl 0 USS. I got 7 from T7s in Bunda NAV and 4 from Orcas in the same place. It took me about 8 hours of gameplay to gather those. In the NAV, approx. 1 per 30 mins.
