Chemical Processors

I am currently in Colonia, I am really struggling to find the resource chemical processors.
Has anyone got any ideas, I'm in an anarchy system at the moment destroying everything and still none

Not sure about Colonia, but I'm drowning in those, usually from combat in Compromised Nav Beacons, or mission based enemy ships being sent my way. Maybe give those a try if there are any in the region?

There are some boom-state systems near Colonia system. You can find HGE in there and gather some G4, G5 materials. Then All you have to do is to exchange them with Material Trader at Foster Terminal in Coeus system. I think it is fastest way in Colonia.

I hope that isn't Carcosa...

Take a few elite cargo missions in a ship suited to NPC combat, have a Collector Limpet or two ready, farm mats to your heart's content, then trade if you don't pick up enough.

Those are grade2 manufactured materials.
Take a tour of systems with factions in Boom/Investment, search for HGE - if you find any, they will contain either Proto Heat Radiators or Proto Radiolic Alloys / Proto Light Alloys
Get some of those then go to a Manufactured Materials Trader and trade down some of them.
