OK will do. Thanks for the info.I raised a support ticket last year when Stygian Brass was made available for lots of ships, but for some reason not the one I wanted (the details escape me). Support responded saying they'd accidentally missed it out, and the paintjob then became available. So it might be worth raising a ticket just to check if the cosmetic actually exists but the shop needs correcting - unlikely but worth a try?
After a marathon of a support ticket and easily the worst customer service I have experienced in my life—due to complications that arose out of this issue—they have confirmed this as a bug. So hopefully this will be fixed soon.I have now apparently lost access to the Chevron skins I already owned.
