Chieftain Thargoid Killer

Has anyone built and sucessfully used a chieftain for killing thargoids -and- has a mockup in ED Shipyard?

Very much appreciate a link if you have. Especially interested in weapon/defensive mix.

Am out here in the Pleiades doing some trading and can't swing the proverbiable dead cat without hitting one. Every USS is non-humanoid.
