Chieftain upgrade - Now has Class 6 Internal Slot

Theorycrafting some numbers, I think I'm gonna be running a 5c bi-weave (thermal resist), with a A-class resist booster with the +6% boost special and a D-class heavy duty booster. I'm hoping I can run things low-power enough that I can downsize the powerplant. :D Running the numbers, it looks like I won't be able to, although I can probably run it B-grade, or low-emissions, or something else. Hmmm...
Why do you want to downsize the power plant?
 
How is it handling now? I'm thinking of buying an FDL when I get back to the bubble but I'm considering the Chieftain. I don't expect the Chieftain to be quite on par with the FDL but I'm just wondering how much of a difference it is.

Yay! Another broken ship, Anaconda was getting lonely. Funny how the Anaconda weighs the same as far as hull mass as this tiny ship.

Is this size 6 in addition to the two size 5 slots, or was one size 5 replaced with a size 6?

Just because I can. :D

I think it's from my many hours piloting my Viper III, Vulture, and FDL, pre-engineers (and pre-FDL buff). It make me enjoy the power management minigame, and it really just a point of personal pride.

My Corvette and T-10 both run 7A power (admittedly, with a slight overcharge), and my FAS usually ran with a 5A.
