Chips from X4: Foundations

Hello, I want to make a suggestion as a further development of the Elite Dangerous game.
What my suggestion is, is to take the chips from the game X4: Foundations.
And which ones exactly:
Build space stations and upgrade your ships. The construction of space stations and factories has always been the basis of X-games. Stations can be built from a variety of modules, whether they are production modules, residential sections, docks or many other types. A powerful scheduling system allows you to drag and connect modules using a set of connectors to create your own unique creations. Ships also offer many improvements. Engines, guns and other equipment can be added in a graphical editor and seen firsthand on the ship.

What will it give us: this will make it easier for developers to create various options for creating ships and stations, and all this work will be transferred to the player, who will voluntarily build a ship or station to his liking, Due to this space will be filled.

A spacewalk where the player can explore not only the surfaces of planets, but also the surfaces of their modules of ships and stations.

Stations, and ships are created from corridor-type modules, that is, I attached a couple of modules, and here is a compartment that you can walk on your own two feet.

All this can be seen in the video below, also in this video you can take a lot more for further development of the game. Believe me, it will be easier for you and the players will be more interesting, and the space will be filled.

I know that David Braben is a pretty honest man, and will not use it, but you need to think about it, because the game should not end there.
The first Elite Dangerous game was completely different, but time does not stand still and everything should develop and give people joy, with all new developments. So that more than one day will not be boring and monotonous.

You'll think it's an advertisement, but it's not, I just want to show what could be added to the game.

I love X4 Foundations as much as the next person, but Elite is not this kind of game, and I seriously doubt it ever will be.

I hope a lot of people will support this topic, and we will be able to raise Elite Dangerous to the same level of seriousness as the X4: Foundations game is presented to us

I like the idea. The fleet carriers show that player owned space bases will clutter the currently existing bases even more. It just wouldn’t work out well with the signal sources, if these bases were added in space. Maybe once we can land on earthlike planets (likely the last ones to be added), players could be allowed to build one base on a planet of their choosing, beeing able to customize and expand it. This player base would become visible to other players only after they have mapped the planet and set their filter accordingly. The player base should be sustainable: meaning no weekly upkeep costs.

We would need some gameplay with this kind of base too.

If we're adding things from other games, maybe we could add football teams for us to manage, or we could play as a maneating shark.

There's still plenty of Elite stuff left to do yet.

Until then, I'm just enjoying X4 Foundations. It's a great game all on its own (though I do wish it had Elite's Stellar Forge, or at the very least, properly modeled solar systems).

Liquid surfaces confirmed!!!1!

When you play as a man eating shark, does it come with chips, salt and vinegar or do you have it with mayonnaise?
