I have it called the Nucklavee, but I keep wanting to name it Freewilly. Because if it looks like a whale, and sounds like a whale it's probably a Core Dynamics design!

I love my noisy Vulture, and the FAS is a great vessel, but I think I'd break down and buy an Orca paint job for it if the Frontiers store ever had it for offer, and I've sworn never to spend real money on paint jobs or bling.

I still plan on buying a Python later, but I can outfit the FAS like the Fer-de-Lance or Python for RES runs at half the price or less. And RES runs are fun every so often.

I can still do missions in my Vulture or Cobra if I don't feel like using it. Especially if it's to mend hurt feelings with the factions I've wronged whose pilots who don't have sense enough to stay out of a system they've gained a bounty in. Oh, the irony.

Up to this point the FAS has been my favorite ship in the game. I can do all of the stuffs I like to do in E|D with one basic load out. Some times I swap out an HRP for a SRV hanger for scan missions, but that's it. Even with 32 units of cargo space, I can still dominate in HRES/CZ's. It's a great ship.

But, leave room in your stable for the very soon to be released Alliance Chieftain. The aChief promises to be a real workhorse of a combat ship. It has everything the FAS has, only a pinch more. Good luck out there.
