Respect to SC but I just think it will not be my Cup of tea. Something grinds me about the fact players can buy ships costing $500 etc. Fair play if people want to spend that sort of cash but really I feel a game developer should not be thinking $500 for items in game etc is fine as it just brings in a division of have and have not’s. But then I don’t really know much about the game. It may be like MS flight Sim X in that you could have spent near on $1000 if you wanted every add on pack to give you access to all places and Planes. Everything all bundled in one pack now is on sale for £3.99 on stream under a new MS FS X Stream Edition just out. So I guess in time all those costly ships could be sold for peanuts in the future. $6000 worth of Ships at launch all for the new sale price $12. :)

But hay that’s a whole other story and maybe I’m behind the times. I’ve still to venture into buying a steam game yet I’m so old school.

SC will rule through its story element etc. so you cant judge it right now with the basic AC commander only available.

prbly. needs another year untill one can judge it if its ones cup of coffee.

Although I’ve got my KS backed Copy of Elite sitting there in the store it will be another year or so and till Win 10 comes out and new hardware for a new Rig before I’ll get back into space with it.

If I play SC it will be years and years down the line as I like to spend a bit of time with a game and elite will do for starters.


Five years and even Dayz might be worth playing :) still in early access.
