There were found files for 4 new species in the gamefiles. One of them seems to be for Segisaurus. Do you think we are getting hit by a second dlc this christmas?

I don't think they will release a second dlc in December because they wouldn't have enough time to make it. I think those might have been added in by accident. Also, for the record, I would rather they took their time and made new content well rather than rushing and having the content with a boat load of issues. They have been doing a good job so far.
There should also be an LQA on the game's SteamDB updates to indicate one well ahead of time too. That’s why, after learning about them, I’ve waited until October to share my Winter DLC thread when one was made a month before the latest DLC pack. But there isn’t one at the moment. The next one I believe should be either in January or February.

Given 3 of the 4 are Cretaceous Predators, it seems most likely they were just early candidates for that DLC, with Segisaurus from when it was a more general pack, or maybe even as an Anniversary candidate.
We're seeing these in the files now, but I would think these were recorded at the beginning of the year or earlier. I'd assume this is the tip of the iceberg, and there's many more candidates they've gotten these voice lines for over the years, with no intention of making most of them.

Most probably the audio files that were found were talked about at one point, but somewhere during development they could have ceased working on it. Or hopefully at some point next year, maybe March, we might see a DLC with these species in it. At this point its all speculative.
