Hello, i can't start event when i arrive on Angel Station... don't tell me they've taken that away from us on the console too? Just a poor annual event, a treasure hunt, even that they won't let us have? Tell me I'm the one who set the event up wrong...

Did you get the Inbox message? If not, then it's probably not on console....
Sadly Christmas does not happen in the Legacy galaxy. Setting it up would likely be more than just adding some rule into the game. It might require actual assets to be added as well.
