Everyone is stupid.
Suing over a bad date is pretty childish and a waste of the court's time. Guy would better off spending his time finding a date the old-fashioned way...sparking up a conversation.
Constantly texting during a date is rude and probably is a sign of an addiction. You're on a date, spend time with your date.
I swear, it seems people are more and more mentally impaired the longer we have these damn devices.

I sat behind a guy looking at unsavoury images on his phone during a movie once.
That was uncomfortable.
I switch my phone off during movies, because I don't need it.
If my girlfriend was texting all the way through a movie, I'd just take her phone off her and switch it off.
If I was on a date, I'd not speak to the other person again. As we clearly wouldn't have the same interest.

This needs to be enforced. Ideally with cinema ninjas that tranquilize offenders with silent darts.
Whenever I go to the movies I round up all my friend's toddlers and take them with me. They get each a seat and a bucket of popcorn. Then I leave the theater until the movie is over.
How much I'd like to see movies in cinemas, there's other people there.

Agreed.
But sometimes you must put the things to their place, otherwise? This kind of actions are just keep continue. Still? This gone too far. Way too far! To keep suing for everything is just... Let's say it's pretty hard to explain it's not about intentionally trying to destroy the other. Especially if everyone knows you picked up him as a target, and all about some sort of personal vendetta.
