There are stars with asteroid belts in game. You occasionally see them around brown dwarf stars.

There's actually one in the system I've been mining in. I'll take a screenshot when Gamma 2 hits.

I have seen the belts in the system view, but usually they are invisible while in supercruise. Im talking here about a BIG cloud of dust around a star. It would be really nice to see

The disk was physically viewable from Supercruise in Gamma 1, not actually gone in close to check what it was comprised of though. As I said above I'll take some screenshots once I'm back in game.

Also bulge dragging effects and accretion disks for black holes is very much needed if I am to be lured into the game once again..

This is one example of a disc around a star, brown dwarf. Not sure if it is on the scale you are hoping for, but is certainly a circumstellar disc (a disc around a star). Went bounty hunting in the resource extraction sites there.
