Civil War (conflict zones) in LP 98-132

This system is right next door to Eranin. It's a pirate haven with two docks. There's at least 3 low intensity conflict zones and one high intensity due to a civil war among the pirates.

Well, I waltzed in, went to a combat zone, and saw about 30 ships just sitting there cruising back and forth. No fighting whatsoever. I shot one and they ALL came after me. Barely escaped. Pretty lame, to be honest.

Yeah some of the more spontaneous Conflict Zones are pretty buggy.

Best to stick to systems that show up in the news feeds if you want a more reliable experience.

Just charge forward and pull off the "Morbad Maneuver"... boost into the cruising ships with your Kung Fu Titanium Hull! It'll make short work of 'em and you won't gain agro.

There aren't two factions fighting here. Its strange. You go to a conflict zone and find it is filled with System Defense Forces, and yet this is an Anarchy system....and if you try and choose a side, there is only one side "The Brotherhood of LP 98-132". If you choose that side, then every single ship within that combat zone will come right at ya.

FD may want to check this out. Not how a "civil war" is supposed to be run. lol

I noticed Freeport had 3 factions, only one of which was in a civil war state when I last went through there. I'm guessing the bug is the lack of an opposing faction.

I do some traderoute betwen iBootis, Rakapilla, Aulin n stuff ..sometimes to LP98 ...but usually I use it for combat among asteroids.
