in my little home system, there are 4 factions
88% major faction (main station) is in expansion, with pending boom & expansion
8% secondary faction (has a station) is boom critical
two minor factions (one has a little station) are both in civil war critical
what can i do to make this interesting? I am allied with all 4 factions...
