Yes. I got Civ6 about 2 weeks ago and upgraded with the new DLC. I was not a fan of Civ5. At all. Civ6 I find so far quite enjoyable. Haven't completed a PT with climate change regime but so far it doesnt seem like much trouble. Yet. With 2 coalplants world wide. Anyway, my impression is that it's mostly for gameplay. Looks believable enough to me.
