Community Event / Creation Claiming a price pack

Hi guys,

My name was pulled during one of the give aways in the recent Educating Ed live stream, I emailed the community@frontier.co.uk address but haven't had a response as yet, just wondering if it should have gone to a different address?

Fair enough It wasn't clear in the feed but the only answer I got was to email the above address. I'll raise a ticket

FD support is really very good - they'll get straight back in my experience.
