Horizons Claiming Bonds ECT

OK did those FD Guru's tell us that one of those Patches a few months ago was going to be able to claim Bonds and Bounties from other places other than the TARGET System.

So How do I find them..... Confused in the BUBBLE.....

It's the Interstellar Factors contact in low security systems. You can redeem any bounties or bonds there, but at 25% less than the target system. You can also pay off fines at 25% more.

If you need a system and is around LP 131-66. The station shouldn't be hard to find [big grin]

There is one in Choth, which is close to Laksak (the engineer that mods your shields). There is only one large station in that system, and it also has a compromised beacon. You will find the Factoring Contact in the Contact's tab. Any others that you may find will either be in Anarchy or Low Security systems.
