I finished the dlc and the dinos haven’t unlocked in the main campaign

You only unlocked their digsites. You have to gather the fossils too in the campaign.
In the main campaign, once you've completed the Claire campaign, you must have a certain level of reputation on certain islands first in order to research their fossils.
Euopholcephalus requires about half of the Science rep bar on Muerta. Albertosaurus requires a little over a quarter of the Entertainment bar on Pena. Finally, Ouranosaurus requires a huge amount of Entertaimnet reputation (like, almost all the way).
Once you've unlocked them for research, and you research their fossil unlocks for their respective dig sites, you can start collecting them through your fossil expeditions, extract their DNA like you would for them on the Claire campaign, and there you go!
