@sallymorganmoore @Paul_Crowther I'm hoping to get some clarification on an issue which has arisen for members of our player community group, about which our members have received contradictory and confusing communications from the support team. We were briefly in touch with Zac on our Discord server, who told us to approach yourselves. I would appreciate if it were possible to discuss the issue in a non-public setting.
