Hmm - in Empire space i always had a good selection of weapons and equipment at Lee Dock (Industrial) in Urvane or Rutan Terminal (Hight Tech) in Minanes. They are only parted by a few LY. Might want to check out, no promisises though, haven't checked for C3 G Bursters at the time i was there last time.

Hmm.. After doing a little digging around, it would appear these are not available as Class 2, correct? Finally managed to find the Class 3's for my large weapons, but all I can find for the medium are Class 1 for the burst lasers.

For some reason Class 2 burst lasers do not exist on any mounting.
