Ship Builds & Load Outs Class 8 slot for Planetary Approach Suite ONLY on Vulture? Bbg?

Hi CMDRs, Just bought a Vulture thought I might give it a go in the CG. So I am outfitting my new ship when I see something odd my preinstalled planetary Approach Suite is in a Class 8 slot. Well that just wont do wasting a Class 8 slot on a Class 1 peice of hardware... I can fix that! Weird there is no way to swap it a class 1 slot... Ok fine I will sell it. ? Now I have a Class 8 "Empty Planetary Approach Suite" Slot that I cannot use for anything else. See screenshot below.

Reloging doesn't help. Exiting doesn't help. How can I use the class 8 slot? Should I report it as a bug?

Why grant a Class 8 slot to something that only needs a class one slot?

Or did it have a class eight slot and this is frontiers way of applying the ban hammer?

Looks like a bug so well spotted, I've had Vultures for ages and never noticed it!

The bay is class 1 on every other ship I tried (Pythons, Sidey, Asp Scout, Cobra 4) so it's an error in the outfitting display so post a bug report.
