Engineers Classified Scan Databanks for Ram Tah

Fellow Commanders,

I have been searching for Classified Scan Databanks for several days with little luck until now.
These three methods yielded CSDs but the third was by far the quickest.

1. Base runs in LU Velorus 5b (YouTube video courtesy of WiggyB)
2. Scanning ships in and out of Ashby City / Luyten's Star
3. Scanning Distribution Centre POI ships found in famine struck anarchy systems that are not at war.

thx for the info, i did that base run aswell. I can confirm LAKSHMA has a Distribution Centre where u can scan the T9s.
