Why am I being denied docking clearance at every station (not that it's humanly possible to dock in the first place, but that's another thread)? No fines against me, stations are federation and neutral. I am out of fuel using the last of it to get to the station I started at, but still "docking clearance denied" - I know I suck at docking, but did they revoke my docking licence or something? What is going on?
