While testing I killed a commander in a Corvette in my Chieftain. I got my bounty and 1 notoriety which has since cleared. I'm at Faraday Ring in Bunda, an anarchy system with an Interstellar Factors Contact. I see my 12,200 credit fine under "Fines & Bounties" listed as "Independent". When I try to pay it I get the "Cancel | Confirm" button and when I choose Confirm it does nothing and just goes back like I clicked cancel.
I've logged out/in several times and even tried it last night and this morning - so typical Frontier bug or am I missing something? My strong assumption is the former.
Suppose I'll go find another one to test.
