Climbables bug?

My Gorillas can not reach climbables in their habitat. Added a screenshot. Any advice what to do?

It might be that you need a log or something leading up to that second tier. Just a guess. (could be a bug.) Try and add a log up to it, and see.

Already tried that. Does not work unfotunately.

I havent just tried to build any of the climbables by hand yet. I just tie a bunch of the blueprint ones together.
Might make a ticket for it, and use your screenshot.

Edit: Did you check your heat map after laying the log on it. Was the log blue?

Checked it before and afterwards. The log has never been blue. Just made a ticket with the screenshot.

I tried reloading the game. Did not solve the Problem but made it a little better. The climbables installed before saving are now reachable, but not the ones after reloading. So I guess I will have to reload untill it is fixed.

Had to double check mine. Yeah, it might have been a glitch/bug. But, as you can see, I have cleanliness issues. Where keepers cant get to poo. I'll have to move my shelters. I know that where the poo has been accumulating. Ol' sleep poopers...all of them...lol

I'm having the exact same problem with orangutans. No matter what kind of climbable platforms/structures I put in there -- none of it is contributing to their climbable space requirement. Frustrating because I can't complete this career level until they breed, and they're not going to do it at low welfare.

So keepers do not clean the climbables? They should fix that too.

I have had to move one or two. Or, adjust where/how they were placed. I had a small flat area in the middle of a couple climbables. The keepers couldnt get in the middle, had to move them.
The enclosure in the SS was more rounded. But, due to how the climbables were working for me, I had to elongate the pen, and place the climbables more in a line.
