clipper needs bigger fuel tank, at least

when I jump it takes 1/3 to 1/4 of my fuel tank, I have to keep a 5a fuel scoop, that is just ridiculous. It is supposed to be 'multi-purpose', but it is more like 'multi-sucky'. It gimps the ship to have to fit size-5 slot with a fuel scoop to compensate for the fuel tank. 4a would be about right.

Also I think it should have 2 more utility slots, ... ahem............................................ but ah................... if you just gave us an appropriate size fuel tank for the size of the ship I would be happy to settle with that (16t --> 32t)

My long range exploration ship is specifically designed to use just under 1/3 of the fuel per maximum range jump, 3 jumps per tank, it also has a 6A fuel scoop because the fuel scoop weighs less than a full tank of fuel for more jumps. You do know you can add fuel tanks to your ship to increase the amount of fuel you can carry, my ship actually equips a smaller fuel thank than standard but you can add as many extra tanks as you have spare module slots! So just pop an extra fuel tank into that size 5 slot and put your 4A fuel scoop in a size 4 slot.

well, I mean, if you compare the size and cargo space Clipper VS Krait mkII ... Krait is, what, less than half the volume of the Clipper but carries about the same amount of cargo. and the krait has a 32-ton gas tank.

considering $$ is virtually no object in this game, I think better balancing the ships is an ideal option.

maybe I should push it and suggest a 32-ton tank and two more size-4 cargo holds.

or what does the interior of the ship look like. a giant hallway ?
