Clippers need VIP passenger cabins (opinion)

I think I missed the bit where it said about being able to fit 1st Class cabin to Clipper and some VIPs actually have 1st Class as a minimum requirement. You won't be able to fit luxure cabins. Sorry, my bad for not reading the whole thread!

No worries, I'm trying to understand it myself but don't have time for the live streams as much as I'd like to watch them. Cheers

Clipper and Cutter are fine with having just economy and first class cabins. They're more fit to transport than proper leisure trips.

They're not meant to luxurious passenger ships, they have very little "outside view" compared with the Orca and Beluga to be considered Cruise Liners.

That's a good point actually. We think of the VIP cabins now as just basic modules, but when the ship interiors are added to the game, they could have features/views which simply aren't possible in other ships. We don't really know yet how FD are going to model the interiors.

If you look at the scale: A clipper is a lot bigger than an A380 and not able to take a VIP Cabin. This is lacking physical argumentation. There are to be less cabin fittings than in a Beluga liner but in fact you should be able
to run the 1 or the other VIP across the universe. If this is profitable will be a matter of class 5 or 6 cabin cost. And the reward a VIP brings in. Currently it doesn't look to beocme a big business. (But maybe fun)

Miklos.
