To be honest, I actually found your HJ entry much scarier than the exit.

Do you have a habit of cuddling with planets when starting your jumps?
Not to trivialize the exit, but you didn't really jump through the companion F class star and didn't get punched out of SC either. So I while visually impressive, I wouldn't really classify that as close.
But I agree that it is always a bit scary when your scoop goes off during the exit sequence.
Scaries exits for me were two white dwarf - neutron star binaries, both less than 0.01 AE from each other. (unfortunately no exact numbers... didn't really have the nerves to take screenshots while stuck inbetween them)
On both occasions, the WD pushed my exit point closer towards the NS and I ended up at around 0.13 and 0.10ls away from the neutron star (actually found quite a few times that a close companion can do weird things to your exit point). Got ripped right out of SC both times, as expected.
Sitting in normal space, my Asp was at 70+% heat (and she normally runs a cool ~30% when idling) and the damn escape vector pointed right into the WD on both occasions.
Dumped a heat sink to get out both times with no additional damage (well, except the 1-2% suffered from the drop), but was still a little shaky on the next few jumps.
I did find that even though it dropped me from SC immediatly after the jump, I could still go into SC and cruise to safety.
Let me check if I have screenshots of the mentioned systems and if I can retrace from which system I jumped into them. If you enjoy close calls, you might want to visit them next.
