Closed thread within 3 minutes of posting, why?

Whoever closed my thread, you're an ass. I ask a legitimate question for the developers and you closed it in less than 5 minutes. Is this how you treat your community? You're not setting a very good example when users have legitimate concerns and are seeking answers.

I was looking for information regarding a topic and I was shut down, not good form on your part.

Edit: And if you are going to reply, don't bother shutting down the thread just because it has "come up before", do you have any manners?
