Clouded Leopard hammock?

Hello all!

I have a hammock in my clouded leopard habitat and it hasn’t been used at all.

Do I need to do anything to make it accessible? Will they climb up the tree trunks to access it or do I need to use vines so it can be gotten to?

Will it show the transversable green lines when it’s useable?

Any advice would be appreciated as I’m at a complete loss of how to make it work!

you can take a look at the heat maps to see if the animal can reach the hammock. Also, see if it counts as enrichment for the animal.

Thank you. Will the hammock surface itself usually show up as blue if it is accessible?

I think climbable and "traversable" surfaces show up as blue. I've never noticed them, or my sun bears, using the hammocks either, though, even when they are showing up as accessible. They show up on the list of enrichments for both these species. Maybe I just miss them using it, since I tend to favor larger zoos that get to a point where I am constantly scrolling around managing habitats, removing animals that have grown up and are now fighting, applying contraceptives, reminding keepers to visit, and trying to figure out why trash is suddenly piling up in a particular part of the zoo.
