It occurred to me the other day that if Elon Musk is correct and we are all in a very realistic video game, and currently it seems as though Harry Potter is the main character in our video game are we in fact all NPC's in Harry's game?

Interesting. Why post a video like this of some bad player who only knows how to ram and then float around, not shooting back, presenting his drives, and essentially giving you his flank for 95% of the "fight"? Not sure what you're trying to demonstrate here? Are you trying to show how bad everyone else is at combat? Are you being sarcastic? Is this an attempt to pump up PvP neophytes into thinking they are contenders so they'll come take a shot at you?

GDA are a PVP group just like SDC, I have had 56 cmdrs attempt to kill me since slaying Salomé... I welcome the challenge is all and put up a video of one of the attempts. he did shoot back you just didn't see it.
as for the clipper comment I am the only player with a Clipper than can boost 620 with Armour, anyone can get a clipper to 620 with no Armour...

I was watching your Holo for hits and his ship orientation the whole video. His ToT was astoundingly low (in the low teens), and his ability to be flanked is very high (as in high-golf-score high). I'm not trying to knock your opponent, who seems to enjoy jousting/ramming in his Clipper at the expense of ToT I am just honestly a little surprised that you're posting this as an "they almost got me" video. Was hoping for something more PVP-educational tbh. Unless you're essentially telling us that PVP meta in SDC circles is centered around engineer builds for ramming?

As a BETA experiment, the fastest I got a Corvette was 370+ (w/ a load, not stripped) not even close to vanilla Cutter. I got tired of spinning the wheel, rolls didn't produce, so it would be interesting to know how many rolls were invested for the 620+ Cutter or if they have a secret sauce.
SDC can't be faulted for gaming the game whether we players like it or not. FD is the final arbiter on these matters and I believe they won't do a thing to curb engineer rolls.
