Recalling my ship down a mountain didn't go so well.
My first thought was, "Challenge accepted!" After a whole lot of thruster jumps (and sliding down the hill thanks to acceleration change bug), I finally happened to chance upon a tiny little sweet spot on the ground and up I went.
