Coaster blueprint being obstructed even though there is literally nothing in the way

This has got to be a glitch. All collisions are disabled, the terrain is perfectly flat, I've even deleted trees and the old station. At first it seems okay, but the second I click to build this coaster, it goes red and says obstructed. I have no clue WHAT is causing this, especially when all the collisions are disabled!

No clue if this is it, but it's worth checking.

I had this same problem quite often caused because the creator of a certain blueprint selected another item as well far away from the coaster. Most often a tree or something which will end up outside the park boundry when trying to place your coaster blueprint.

Again, no idea if this is it, but you might want to check for loose items in the blueprint apart from the coaster.

Hmmm... What about paths? Those will obstruct placing a coaster blueprint even with all collisions disabled.

Try this. Select the blueprint and when you have it floating on the end your cursor, hit X to get into Advanced Move mode. Then you can nudge the thing around and, most importantly, adjust the height. If it's a path causing the problem, just a few inches of extra head room will often do the trick.

Yeah, same here. Sometimes you can't even see it unless you zoom way out above your park, and there's that one tree all the way on the other side that was included in the blueprint for some reason. It's happened with coasters, rides and buildings. I had one the other day which was just a one tile square little building, but it was attached to a huge monorail layout that ran along the edge of someone's park, so was hard to even see unless you zoomed out.

hahaha :D

Its funny indeed when it happens on such small blueprints.
Usually happens when people select their blueprint from a side view. Its better to do a bit of a top view. (Less risk of selecting unwanted stuff)
