Coaster Chain Lifts

Are the chain lifts a bit on the quick side, I feel they need to be slower especially on the wooden coasters. The coaster trains gets to the top way to quickly (more noticeable in fps view).
An option in the coaster panel with a toggle speed options would be a great addition.

I thought you could change the speed? Select the lift hill. Go to the other coaster tab on the bottom right. Should be a speed setting

Do any coaster buffs know how realistic the chain lift speeds are? The maximum in the game seems unrealistic, are there coaster chain lifts that go that fast in real life?

The fastest speeds are probably pretty close to cable lifts. I don't believe we have a separate "cable lift" hill. The chain hill has to cover both

Afaik chain lifts are max at about 9mph(average is probably 6ish), while cable lifts can do double that
