Coaster Crazy Coaster Crazy (PC version?)

Michael, David. The main problem here is corporate mentality. You are not listening to what your lead customers are asking for and they are the tip of the momentum. I seriously again would highly suggest you hook up with the community and make a deal with the user community world wide. Once specs are laid out, you would get tons of scenery and rides plus many other things. Why fight it? Acting worse than Atari won't reward Frontier neither immediately and with this, at all in the end which may well be decades

Just sit and talk and see where it goes. Cut a deal with the OPD modelers and RCT3 community and get something huge really going.

By the way David, if you are ever in the L.A. area, I know a great dentist ;)

OPD so far plus they got the 177 rides too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=M3G47XzGsqk#!

Wow, that's rude.

I actually don't blame Frontier for wanting to make a simpler and more accessible app game, I just wish they hadn't spent a year and a half building up this huge hype, asking for our opinions and wishes on what we'd like to see in the game while forgetting to mention that the end result would basically be the very opposite of what people here were hoping for.

If the basic goal was to alienate the fan base then they pretty much aced it with flying colors.

They didn't do any of that.. Atari did which is unrelated to this.

Hello! I'm seeing pictures and videos of Crazy Coaster and I have really wanted to play, but unfortunately I have not iOS and I'm hoping this game for PC, Now Frontier are going to work Crazy Coaster for PC? I'm looking forward this game, great job Frontier! The game has very good reviews. :D

Hi Raul,

We're still very much concentrating on the iOS build of the game and fixing any issues that currently exist. We will let everyone know about any PC version of the game well in advance of release though.

As I always say, thank you very much for answering! Sorry for my impatience, but I love this game and I would play it on my PC and I do not have iOS device.

Fair enough that you concentrate on iOS and solve problems, people are very happy with this game. Frontier Great job! :D

Coaster Crazy is a well constructed game. Out of my 132 different games I have on my iPad it definately sits in the top 10. The graphics is at a high level for an iOS app. The coaster designer is extremely fun to play around with and to push it to its limits, i do however suggest a tool to straighten track for higher precision. The coaster physics are fairly accurate, however if focused on the coaster is able to stay on the track under unrealistic jagged edges at time (the coaster does successfully break under extreme edges). There are a few bugs I have noticed, 1 is that the operator disappears after lever engage animation, 2 during the rider animations at the end of the ride (to indicate satisfaction) parts of the coaster/riders can disappear, 3 if focused on greatly the riders heads are able to go through the scenery if placed extremely close.

The idea of slowly developing the game is a good idea as it enables you to correct problems previously and generate a generous amount of revenue to continue game development. For PC, one base game with future 'add-ons' would be better as long as the base game and 'add-ons' require a price (not free) and there minimal in game purchases. This gives the future game brilliant potential for websites such as Steam. Multiple games would possibly be better for iOS due to over high data sizes, each game could include the same Crazy Coasters interface but focuse on different themes such as park management. The PC games should include optimised graphics (slightly better textures but still the same look) and more options and animations (in detail) to take full advantage of the extra power PC's can deliver.

I agree with what you say. It's time to make out the PC version, Crazy Coaster wanna play on my PC since I not have iOS.

Just adding my two cents here...

I'm not a kid... Actually today is my 38th birthday and I have to say I agree, this is not a kids game, and I love the "cartoon midgets" that fly out of the coaster...

I also do like that this is NOT like RTC3. If you like adding boring slow rides, pavements, shops etc. then play RTC. Personally. That's what I disliked about RTC3. I enjoyed just making coasters without all the other "boring" stuff that goes along with theme parks. It makes the game different than Roller coaster tycoon.

I think this game would be fun on PC or Mac just as it is.

Again this is just personal feedback.

Thanx for the great game! Keep new land coming!

What about the PC game? Long ago they said we'd have the BETA and have not send nothing even are focusing on iOS Crazy Coaster? PC users also have the right to try the game once. :)

What about the PC game or android?
Now they say there are no plans for a CC PC, when Frontier asked a beta testers for the PC game. I'm freaking out. :S:S:S:S

Now they want to make CC for Wii U, it would be better to development so PC that's what asked Frontier betatesters...

LOL, i KNEW these guys would drop the ball. way to go, prove to your community just how little your promises actually mean.

thank god for Theme Park Studio. PC players, google it. will be a MUCH better game than what these guys threw at the wall and hoped would stick.

I 100% agree. I have really wanted to Theme Park Studio. At last we can build realistic roller coasters, without the limitations of RCT3.
About Coaster Crazy for PC, I do not expect this from Frontier, but disappointment. I am also disappointed by something else because Frontier does not think of buying the saga RCT is currently for sale by Atari, I'm tired of waiting for a RCT4.
