One of the things I was highly anticipating for Planet Coaster 2 was a coaster, flat ride, and tracked ride type creator. However, after Planet Coaster 2 was announced, I was disappointed that there was none.
So, I wanted to show Frontier what I mean.
Flat ride creator
The flat ride creator is inspired by Indoorlands (Check the video below)
But this time, the bases are customizable like the paths (Circles, rectangles, draw tool, octagons, hexagons, and pentagons). Plus, there will be the opportunity to add the ride operator booth, more parts [Like the option to adjust the tower height when placing the ride, folding arms (Like a Vekoma Waikiki wave), lap bars, floor platforms (That allows guests to board on and is required if the seats are floorless), stairs, textures, restaint-less seats (Like on Ferris wheels), more restraint options (Like vest restraints, over-head-lap-bars), platform risers (Like on Scizzer for example), tracks (To guide a chain of gondolas or a train like on a Musik Express, or a Larson super loop), more loose parts (That allows a gondola or a part to rotate freely. Like arms), ability to add lighting options), make the ride have good test results in order to be put in the game [Good excitement, good fear, and good nausea. If it extends limits (Ride too scary/nausous, extends G-Force limits), it won't be ridable], Ability to select where you can place enterance and exit, improved sequence creator [With sequence parts created like block coding (Similar to Scratch Coding but for this creator], manufacturer selection (From the game), and category selection.
Coaster type creator
The coaster type creator is different from the flat ride type creator. It instead, lets you select a track type from any of the coasters in the game (With a built-in chassis) and allows you to edit the chassis with various parts. These include seats, shapes, restraints, motion (Yaw, spinning, pitch. With options like free and controlled of each). For the parts, you can select what elements you want your coaster to have, the limits of the coaster [Like drop, incline, banking, turn, min length, max length, min # of cars, max # of cars, propulsion, age restriction (All ages and adults and teens only), and the limits of each utility piece (Along with the aforementioned track limits)], select the propulsion (Like LSM launch, chain lift, drive tyre lift, cable lift, LIM launch, hydraulic launch, pneumatic launch, drive tyre launch) (Which does depend on the track type by size), support type. And then, you can create a blueprint of the coaster (And like the flat ride type creator, must have good test results in order to be published). Also, the coaster model on the Frontier Workshop can either have the blueprint built in the upload of the model, or have just the model and if you download a blueprint with that model (Even though you don't have that model), it'll show you the coaster model along with the workshop code for that model to get.
Tracked ride type creator
The tracked ride type creator is similar to the coaster type creator, but this time, they can be powered by electricity or water. Also, you can add a minimum speed and a maximum speed to the ride. Still has track limits, but with tracks from various tracked rides in the game.
Frontier, please add this feature to the game! As it will make the game more better.
