Coaster like the griffin at Busch Gardens

What I am talking about might have already been said or is in the game and I can't figure out how to do it, but on the ride "The Griffin" when you're about to drop it stops for like 10 seconds and lets you hang there at a 90 degree angle then you drop. I would love to see something like that!

Holding brakes on dive coasters would be amazing!

I know that coaster building has not been finished yet, but I also cant work out how to, on the vertical axis, get the coaster over like 80 degrees, so I cant make vertical drops, or make things like half loops, am I doing something wrong or is it just not in there yet?
