Title says it all - could we get a piece that allows coasters to stop for a specified period of time, just like the stop pieces on track rides? It could work in virtually the same manner as a block brake, but with a timer rather than waiting for the next vehicle to clear the track. (Or like the Torque except with a forward launch instead of backward).

Brilliant idea. The fact that track rides have stopping points is news to me as well 
The stop pieces for track rides were such a brilliant addition - and made perfect sense for the new rides like the tram tour. I'm so glad they implemented them for ALL track rides rather than only the new ones!
